At present, the manufacturing industry faces numerous challenges, such as rising costs, yen depreciation, demand fluctuations, and difficulties in material procurement. Isn’t it becoming increasingly difficult to rely solely on the intuition of skilled workers as in the past? In today’s fast-changing market, timely responses based on thorough analysis of the current situation are more essential than ever. This seminar will focus on improving analytical capabilities by combining operational data with production planning, ultimately reflecting this in production schedules to enhance factory productivity. Additionally, we will introduce various cost-saving strategies, such as improving cash flow through accurate inventory management and optimized purchasing orders. For those hesitant about adopting systemization despite recognizing its importance, this solution offers an affordable, step-by-step approach tailored to meet essential requirements. Don’t miss this opportunity to join the session and learn more.
