The enterprise must still manage completion, understanding, approved-tool guidance, and connection to actual work. Pair self-study with a short Q&A session, a knowledge check, and clear escalation routes.

2. Public seminar

Public classes work when a few people need exposure to a defined topic on a fixed date. They are easy to procure, but may not address company data classifications, approval steps, or local workflows. Ask participants to report what can—and cannot—be applied internally instead of treating attendance as deployment readiness.

3. Private hands-on generative AI workshop

A private workshop can use company terminology, sanitized business cases, approved tools, and Thai/English examples. It supports joint practice without exposing confidential data. Days 31–60: Apply
