Manufacturing Expo 2026 Exhibition Report
TOMAS TECH participated in Manufacturing Expo 2026, held from June 17 to 20, 2026 at BITEC, Bangkok, as a joint exhibitor at the PATLITE booth.
This year, we presented an integrated system that connects PATLITE’s IoT unit with TOMAS TECH’s andon dashboard, smartwatch notifications, and generative AI.
Andon Dashboard × Smartwatch: Faster On-Site Response
Each cell on the dashboard represents one machine. When the color of a PATLITE signal tower on the shop floor changes, the corresponding cell on the dashboard changes color in real time. When an abnormality or machine stop occurs (red), a call signal is sent to the smartwatch, notifying operators or maintenance staff who are away from the machine and prompting an immediate response.
Operators can also record “Response”, “Work Start”, and “Work End” directly on the smartwatch. This means that for every abnormality, a record is kept of who responded, when, and how long the response took — reducing response loss and providing full visibility of on-site work records.
New This Year: Natural Language Queries on Operational Data with Generative AI
Until now, operational data was something you had to “search for on a screen.” This year, we demonstrated a new capability that lets you simply “talk” to the dashboard:
- “How many stops did Line 3 have today?”
- “Which machine stopped most frequently last week?”
- “What were the top 3 stop reasons for Machine A yesterday?”
Ask the cloud-based operational database in plain language, and the AI aggregates the data and returns an answer instantly. There is no need to open Excel for manual aggregation or navigate through multiple screens — site managers and supervisors can simply ask what they want to know.
TOMAS TECH combines shop-floor equipment, IoT units, cloud infrastructure, dashboards, and generative AI to deliver smart factory solutions that are practical and easy to use for manufacturing sites in Thailand.
